Beautiful bar, gorgeous terrace, friendly staff, great location, clean room, comfortable bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic experience at a charming hotel tucked away in a convenient location. The staff were super helpful and the public spaces were well-appointed. The hotel is situated near a central tube stop, making it easy to explore London for business or pleasure. I also had the pleasure of hosting a customer dinner in one of their dining rooms, and the staff and food were perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Covent Garden and the tube. Stylish Twenties-themed decor in bar/restaurant areas. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyable stay overall.

The hotel is conveniently located near all major stores in Oxford Street, just a short walk away. We were warmly greeted on the street by a delightful concierge who showed us through to reception. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of high quality. We also enjoyed spending time in the outdoor area of the Bloomsbury Club Bar.

The bathroom in our room was on the smaller side.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the exclusive amenities and services provided were exceptional, especially the massage and the library which were both relaxing and enjoyable. the sun terrace was a lovely spot to unwind and take in the beautiful views.

The only minor downside was the restaurant , although the food was delicious, the menu was limited and lacked options for special diets. the in, room breakfast, however, was exceptional with a wide selection of items to choose from.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this luxurious hotel is a hidden gem. the stunning decor and ambiance immediately transport you to a world of exclusivity. We were thrilled with the in-room massage service and exclusive Library access. the sun terrace was a sanctuary for relaxation with upscale snack bar options. the room itself was spacious and had modern amenities such as a smart TV. the restaurant had an extensive menu including special diet menus. the in-room breakfast was especially convenient and delicious. the private facilities were a real treat providing the ultimate luxurious experience.

There was only one minor issue, and that was the limited space in the bar/lounge area which was a bit crowded during peak hours.

Excellent hotel, very welcoming staff, and overall great quality. the suite was beautiful and clean. the coral room staff was friendly and accommodating, especially since they knew we were celebrating our engagement. the surprise cake was a lovely touch.
